Orders and Shipping
Shipping can take anywhere between 2-14 business days, depending where you are located. The closer to the UK, the faster the shipping will be.
Tracking information will be emailed to you when the order ships. Please allow 24-48 hours after ordering to receive this information.
Credit card information is not kept on file, you can use Stripe’s “Link” program to save your credit card information off-site in their secure platform, but this is not required.

We ship to all European countries. If you are able to select your country at checkout, we can ship it there!

Returns and Exchanges
Products on our website are offered as “final sale”. Once we ship the items, we cannot return them. If items are returned to us by the shipping company (due to incorrect address provided or otherwise) we are not able to collect them. If the error is on our end, we will reship the product at no cost. If the error is on the customer end, we charge a 50% reshipment fee.
If you have received the wrong item, please reach out to us at [email protected]. Please make the subject line your order number, and include photographs of the received product. We will ship the proper items right away at no cost.

Please email us right away if you have submitted an order with incorrect address information. We will do our best to rectify the issue before the order gets sent. However, if the order is sent before we receive the email, we have to charge a 50% reshipment fee to send another order.
Yes, if you contact us right away before we ship the items. If we have already shipped the order unfortunately it would be too late for us to cancel or make changes.
